Hi there! If you’re reading this you most likely know me as Shimmy or Daniel, and you may also know of my lovely dog, Gogi. In recent years, I’ve become a strong advocate for mental and physical health, taking the time to focus on my personal development through physical exercise & conscious eating.

My young golden retriever seemed jealous, so we introduced it to him too.
